We, The Organic Cotton Company believes in “Practise what we preach” and we always put an extra mile in our efforts to keep our products free from all toxic contaminants.

In the rule book of “Organic Cotton Fabrics” there is only one rule which is written in golden letters which is nothing but to maintain the purity and quality of the cotton fabric used to be maintained at all the times.

We have put this in to action and have always maintained the purity from the very moment we start our manufacturing until it has been delivered to the customers. We get this verified by getting raw fabric transfer certificates according to GOTS “GLOBAL ORGANIC TEXTILE STANDARDS” ( a few of them are attached for review)

Certificates of Quality

We follow the below steps to maintain the quality of our products.

  • Travel to our local/overseas raw material suppliers to perform quality control and shipment inspections and co-ordinate our “on the ground” quality teams.
  • Work with our “on the ground” team in our manufacturing facility to review, highlight and train our suppliers in every area of production process and quality control.
  • Help oversee the seasonal QC process, working alongside the Technical Manager, in-house QAs to ensure all products meet The Organic Cotton Company quality and ethical standards.
  • Ensure all appropriate testing, pull tests, shrinkage, spirality etc is undertaken to ensure a compliant quality product.
  • Work closely with Product team to ensure fabric and accessory testing is compliant with all markets that The Organic Cotton Company sells to and investigate, where necessary, new testing for new markets.
  • Liaise with customer services to attain good knowledge of returns and technical issues.
